Alle kinderen van Bonaire zijn uitgenodigd om aanstaande zaterdag 3 oktober om 16.30 uur naar Addo’s Books and Toys te komen voor de presentatie van het nieuwe kinderboek “Tuttle the Octopus”. Het boek is geschreven en getekend door Caren Eckrich, marine bioloog en duikinstructeur op Bonaire. Het boek is in het Engels.

Tuttle the octopus knows how to make birthdays special! Her eight octopus children are celebrating their birthday by going from one coral reef adventure to another, from sponge jumping to having tea with Maxima the Queen Parrotfish. Rhyming verses bring the coral reef to life and the birthday fun is contagious for children of all ages. While this book is whimsical and full of fantasy, it includes realistic components of the coral reef and has important eco-friendly messages.
