Harbour Village Beach Club, named Caribbean Hotel of the Year 2024 and voted Bonaire’s Leading Hotel for 17 consecutive years, is seeking a passionate Chef de Cuisine for its onsite La Balandra Bar & Restaurant.

The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for managing daily kitchen operations and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for club members, resort guests, and local clientele. This position reports to the General Manager and requires a highly motivated individual who is dedicated to delivering outstanding culinary experiences.

Qualifications

Languages

• Basic proficiency in English (required)
• Proficiency in Dutch and/or Spanish is a plus, but not required

Work Experience

• Minimum 2-4 years in a similar role or as an Executive Sous Chef
